SLS - Nylon PA12


The basic material Nylon (PA2200) has a white powder form. After sintering, the finish of the products is slightly granular, but without a layered distortion. Depending on the wall thickness this material is flexible (wall ±1 mm) up to very strong (±6 mm). The white PA 12 can be coloured with pigments.

The basic material Nylon Anthracite Grey has a grey powder form. After sintering, the finish of the products is slightly granular. It is very well suited for smaller parts (up to 70 x 70 x 70 mm) or larger organic shapes with wall thicknesses up to maximum 4 mm.

Because of its high tenacity, PA11 CF offers even more security in heavy duty industrial applications. Even for parts that are exposed to high temperatures or chemicals. Because of its enormous tenacity, finishings have very little effect. Parts have a dark grey colour and a surface texture resembling very fine sanding paper.
