In short
If you want to combine multiple printed parts, or use your printed parts in an assembly, you need to consider the tolerances.
Finished your design? Make sure to check:
- Tolerances should be ± 0,4 mm or 0,4% , whichever is greater.
- Tolerances should be symmetrical.
General tolerances:
In general, parts produced with SLS have a tolerance level of ± 0,4 mm or 0,4% , whichever is greater. Tolerances need to be constructed symmetrically.
