Carbon 11 (Carbonmide)

2020 is almost done! No need to worry - we'll be there for you in 2021 too! Starting January 3rd. As of December 23rd we'll be enjoying our holidays. Want to receive you parts this year? Sure thing, but be sure to order before December 10th.

Need to knows for your design

Standard deliverytime10 workdays
TolerancesStandard: ±0.4mm or 0.4%
Minimum wallthickness1.5mm, 2mm in Z-direction
ColorsStandard: antracite (material color) or dyed black
Pay attention to:Thin, long walls. The temperature of the process can cause parts to warp. Due to the process, tolerances in building orientation (Z) are higher and holes are slightly elongated. The carbon fibers are mainly orientated in the X direction.

It may be true that 3D printing hasn't been used as long for production as turning, milling or injection molding. As an engineer, maybe you don't really have that 'feel' with printed parts yet. And you are not confident about how 3D printed products hold up in your machines. We fully understand that! And we will help ease your mind.

So: do you have a 3D printed application in mind? Use a 3D printed part and taste the pudding? See if it will hold up? Then contact Eric for a free sample. On the house!
