SLS builds parts layer by layer from polymer powders. Undercuts, internal channels, lattice structures and assembly consolidation cost the same as a solid block. Your engineers design more freely, and our application engineering team reviews every design on wall thickness, tolerances and material choice before it goes into production.

How many parts can I order per production run?

From 1 prototype to series of 100,000+ parts. SLS has no minimum order quantity and no tooling cost, so unit price is independent of series size.

How quickly are series produced?

Standard from 3 working days for PA12. Larger series or specialty materials (PA640GSL, PA802CF) ship from 10 working days.

Which materials are available for series production?

PA12 (white), PA640GSL Carbon LW, PA802CF, PA11, TPU and PA12 Blue MD.

Is SLS series production cheaper than CNC or injection moulding?

For series up to roughly 5,000-10,000 parts, SLS is often cheaper than injection moulding (no tooling cost). Compared to CNC, set-up costs disappear and complexity is free.

How is quality assured on larger series?

Every batch is checked for dimensional accuracy (+/- 0.3%). Our application engineering team reviews every design before production.

Can existing parts be converted to SLS?

Yes. Our engineering team optimizes existing designs for SLS (DfAM): weight reduction, function integration and material savings.
