Series production with SLS
From 1 to 100,000 identical parts, no moulds, no start-up time. Direct from CAD to production on 11 industrial EOS SLS machines. Lead time from 3 working days.
Upload your STEP file →Complex geometry, no extra cost
SLS builds parts layer by layer from polymer powders. Undercuts, internal channels, lattice structures and assembly consolidation cost the same as a solid block. Your engineers design more freely, and our application engineering team reviews every design on wall thickness, tolerances and material choice before it goes into production.
From prototype to production with no reconfiguration
No moulds (saving EUR 5,000-50,000+), no start-up time, no minimum order quantities. The same EOS P500 dual-laser machine that prints your prototype produces your run of 10,000 parts. PA12 from 3 working days; larger series or specialty materials from 10 working days.
Repeatable quality on every machine
Tolerance +/- 0.3% on every part in the series. 3x EOS P500 dual-laser systems and 7x EOS P396 production machines run 24/7 with controlled process parameters. Every design is reviewed up-front by our application engineering team for DfAM optimization. The result: parts you can assemble straight out of the box.

From 1 prototype to series of 100,000+ parts. SLS has no minimum order quantity and no tooling cost, so unit price is independent of series size.
Standard from 3 working days for PA12. Larger series or specialty materials (PA640GSL, PA802CF) ship from 10 working days.
PA12 (white), PA640GSL Carbon LW, PA802CF, PA11, TPU and PA12 Blue MD.
For series up to roughly 5,000-10,000 parts, SLS is often cheaper than injection moulding (no tooling cost). Compared to CNC, set-up costs disappear and complexity is free.
Every batch is checked for dimensional accuracy (+/- 0.3%). Our application engineering team reviews every design before production.
Yes. Our engineering team optimizes existing designs for SLS (DfAM): weight reduction, function integration and material savings.
