For 10-500 plastic parts the SLS per-piece price sits between €10 and €80, depending on volume, material and complexity. A small PA12 part (50 cm³): around €25 per piece at 10 pieces, about €18 at 500 pieces. For larger or fibre-reinforced parts (Carbon LW, PA802CF) prices are 2-3x higher.
What drives the small-batch price
At small batches the per-piece overhead is relatively higher than in a big batch. We offset that by actively bundling your parts with other customer orders in the same build.
10 small PA12 parts: usually ~€25 per piece. 100 pieces: heading to €22. 500 pieces: around €18. For larger parts (200+ cm³) or fibre-reinforced materials prices are much higher.
Where the value in a small batch sits
Small batches are ideal for validation before you scale. Test 20-50 parts with your first customers, in your first production line, or in a clinical study. Discover skew in demand or fit issues in assembly before you place a large order.
Our engineers gladly advise on the count. Too few: no confidence. Too many: wasted money if you still change. For most cases the sweet spot sits between 20-100 pieces as first validation batch, then the structural run.

Choose deliberately. Snap-fits or flex? PA11. Structural load? Carbon LW. Standard function? PA12. Large run coming? Consider PA 950 HD.
For recurring small runs (e.g. monthly batches of 50): fixed pricing agreement. Constant price per piece without re-quoting each time.
